All candidates applying online for Medical Registration must appear in person for document verification at the Board Office within one week of submission Monday to Thursday 11 AM to 3 PM. Bring the following Original Educational Certificates One set of attested photocopies Caste Certificate if applicable Aadhaar Card SSC Intermediate Memos Note Failure to report in time may lead to rejection of the application.
